Engineering Internship

Autolabe Booth Manufacturing - Fort Pierce FL

07/2020 - 05/2021

I participated in an internship while still in school at AutoLabe, a company that produces label application machines. This was my first exposure to the field of non-conventional machining.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Florida Atlantic University - Boca Raton, FL

05/2021

I graduated from Florida Atlantic University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Focus on Microfluids, Energy Utilization, and Wind Turbine Theory

01/2022

Moved to Raleigh, NC

Special Process Engineer

GE Aerospace - Asheville, NC

03/2022 - Present

At GE, I work as a specialized Process Engineer. We machine unique features, called cooling holes, for two components in the GE9X jet engine. These features can only be created through non-conventional machining practices.

Summer 2019

Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Apprentice

Big Sky Aviation - Palm Beach International Airport

07/2019 - 07/2020

In college, I got the opportunity to work and train with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certified mechanics in the field. We conducted regular aircraft maintenance and ground repairs on a variety of private jets.

08/2020

Moved back home to Vero Beach FL during COVID. Attended online class and internship (in-person).

Engineer

Autolabe Booth Manufacturing - Fort Pierce FL

05/2021 - 10/2021

After graduation, I rolled off my internship into a full time position with AutoLabe. I specialized in designing sheet metal components and programming a 3kw sheet metal cutting laser.

Spring 2022

Manufacturing Engineer

PCB Piezotronics - Halifax NC

01/2022 - 03/2022

Here, I was assigned to the piezotronic microphone manufacturing process. While my time at this job was brief, I left with a better understanding for piezotronic sensors, and how they are applied in the field.
